This included upscaling Sales Partners in key European markets’ and identifying new high potential markets - executing market entry including in India and Turkey.

Japan’s No. 5 Brewer. An Ithaca Strategy team worked with Orion’s International Director to create a market entry strategy and execution plan for Orion Beer’s UK launch. This included local Contract Brewing, RTM Distribution, Sales Management and Marketing - leading to a successful launch in the UK.

Early stage Company - Protein from Waste. Advisor to Founder and Board, developed a sustainable growth strategy and business plan for this insect genetics agri-tech spinout, producing protein for animal feed from food waste. Secured equity funding from Angel Syndicate and Government Enterprise Agency, enabling Development of R&D, Production & International Sales.

UK Regional Brewer: Worked with the Board and Leadership Team to build a post-Covid recovery and growth plan to underpin an equity raise and loan funding process, presenting to Banks, HNWI’s and PE funds.
